Elizabeth Haselwood is a certified Trager® practitioner and Mind Energy Body Transformation Guide. She sees clients who seek a deeper relationship with their bodies – either for spiritual development, to release trauma, reduce pain, improve mobility or enhance athletic performance.

Elizabeth has taught dance and body awareness classes in Europe, New York City and other parts of the United States for children, adults and as a guest artist in universities. She pioneered the use of Trager in a treatment program for eating disorders in North Carolina, helping young women release trauma and reconnect to their bodies. She has also worked with torture survivors, professional dancers, and clients dealing with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.

Her personal study of Pilates, Yoga, Bartenieff Fundamentals and the Alexander Technique deeply informs her work. Elizabeth was a professional modern dancer in New York City for 10 years, was a Fulbright Scholar to Amsterdam where she studied choreography and holds a BFA in dance from the University of Colorado.
