Elizabeth has taught dance and body awareness classes in Europe, New York City and other parts of the United States for children, adults and as a guest artist in universities. She pioneered the use of Trager in a treatment program for eating disorders in North Carolina, helping young women release trauma and reconnect to their bodies.
